Unsatisfied with the heat level of conventional hot honeys, Founder and CCO (Chief Chili Operations) Chef Roberto decided to take matters into his own hands. Infusing not just a couple chilis, but kilograms of small batch, organic orange habaneros with locally sourced raw honey until it stung .

Combining the magic of raw, premium honey, with the fruity, citrusy, and powerful heat of habaneros, Stinger Hot Honey was created to kick up the spice levels for those who wanted more-than-mild, actually hot honey. Perfect on all kinds of foods, from the classic pizza and wings, to upscale charcuterie boards and even spicy cocktails.
